@Albert_Bryxanov Heck, I found it my error. I had to go to models, generic and delete the PLAYER.bmp file. If the bmp file is not deleted, when you start the game, you will have the new model but a f*cked up texture.

It works now, thanks for the help. Awesome model and skin, great work.

@Albert_Bryxanov I am really sorry to be bothering you, but the model looks so cool. I really want to make this work and play with him.

@Albert_BryxanovYeah , i had the old ones deleted, but still... All I got is the model with the standart tommy skin on it... I even deleted all the others vanilla skins just to be sure.

Well... I think I got everything right, replaced the player.dff and txd using IMG Tool, but all I got is the model with tommy skin on it. Am I doing something wrong?

Looks really great, but i can only use the model. Where's the skin itself?
