Ah, the car created on samp, must have siren 1. Search on google, civilian cars with siren on samp

You need to install the .eml file inside the: "Imvehft > eml folder"

You can replace the enforce, but, you need to edit the .eml file. In first line, have a number (ex: 596 - copcarla), just change this to the Enforcer vehicle ID.
