This is pretty damn awesome

Possible newbie question - is the fact that it replaces a melee-dildo** the cause of the lack of a crosshair, and (for controllers) the inability to fire with Left Button (/L1, for PS controllers, as you can with the firing weapons).

May be a silly Q, but how do you navigate within the menu, or even exit it? Once hitting ctrl+c I was only able to use the arrows to go up & down. I wasn't able to enter the sub-menus or exit the menu.
