@waleednick if you still dont know how to install the mod then search on youtube to learn how to install cleo and cleo mods, that is how i learned how to install them.

@waleednick Hello, thank you for replying back, make sure you placed the .cs file in the cleo folder and it will work, by the way, you can die if your vehicle blows up while you were in it, i hope this solves the problem
Tip: this is only for gta sa and this requires cleo, if you don't have cleo then install it.
