404 error, file not found!

Hey man I just wanted to come back and say, after 17 years, screw you dude, this mod broke my game in Vice City! Replaced it with the IMG tool and it just crashes whenever I get near a PCJ 600!

Help, upon loading into the game (after the loading screen and the screen goes black) the game freezes and crashes with the error: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
Even with a completely fresh game (deleted CLEO and every other mod / ASI file except for fastman92limitadjuster.asi and the game still crashes when loading or starting a new game. I have tried deleting gta_sa.set and still the same crash. Any ideas? Help please.
