Die UK Playstation site UK Playstation.com hat den Rockstar North Art Director Aaron Garbut Interviewt! Darin wurde er über die Mögliche Onlne Zukunft von GTA angesprochen, sein Statement dazu:

"Of course! Done right this would be amazing. Grand Theft Auto is the perfect game for an online experience. It is the archetypal "toys and sandpit" game. Letting real people loose with so many fun "toys" in an interesting environment..."
