Indeed, man. There are so gret High poly models to port , it's just a shame that SA's engine is old to handle them :(

It's not possible, unfortunately. To got it fixed, i'd need to copy the entire hair mesh and flip it to attach to the main model but i'd have more than 70k vertices and San Andreas can only load/handle 60k maximum.
