1. first install CLEO Library
How to do, look at
http://zazmahall.de/ZAZGTASANATORIUM/CLEO3BASIC.htm#CLEO3BASIC_eng
or download autom. Install-Exe at http://cleo.sannybuilder.com
It requires minimum Cleo version 3.0.950 of june 2008 or newer, cleo4 is also supported

Install the installer-tool: gami_installer1_8_1.exe
support for gami_installer at: http://gta-action.gamona.de/downloads/download.php?id=4303
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3.
-Make Backup from effects.fxp and effectsPC.txd and from the drug files which should be replaced with neon objects
-Remove all cleo scripts of ealier PimpmyCar version (unless the TuningA.cm, you can keep the TuningA.cm if it's used by other script mods)
-copy models folder and CLEO folder into your GTASA game directory
-install the files of of folder Neon_to_gta3img, replace the files with same name of models\gta3.img

copy: PmC_DRIVE_final.cs > into cleo folder
copy: PmC_Extras.cs > into cleo folder
copy: PmC_NEON_final.cs > into cleo folder
copy: PmC_Sound.cs > into cleo folder
copy: PmC_driftsmoke.cs > into cleo folder
copy: PmC_Tuning.cm > into cleo folder
copy: PimpmycarA1_text.fxt > into CLEO_TEXT folder
copy: Sound folder which contains PmC_Sound1.mp3 and PmC_Sound2.mp3 into cleo folder
read the PmC_sound_readme.txt of Sound folder

Please, fix this issue.
So, I've done a lot of missions. And then, I tried to use this mod to tune my car, but the game suddenly freezes then after 1 second it crashes.
Before, I didn't do any missions and its all fine, I used it a lot of times and it didn't crash. But, after I did missions, and then I used it, it crashes. I don't know what happened here, I already downloaded the mod correctly.
I've re-installed the mod, clear all my mods except this mod, but its still the same.
I also re-installed my GTA San Andreas but this crash keeps happening. So, if you are still updating this mod, please fix this crash issue.
