Description
Hello everybody.
This is my Modern House mod to SA. Located near Toreno's.
HQ interior
Custom props
2 floors
Moveable main gate
Custom savepoint
Parked boat
You need to use "limit adjuster" to get your map props/objects limit higher.
Replace the files manually or create a folder using MODLOADER.

Very Nice! Good work.
I don't think an animation is necessary unless you're going to add a cut-scene because the character will be visible. I think it would be a good idea to cover the character with lots of Steam to cover the character's body and show the running shower water up above the Steam coming from the shower head.

There are 2 options for you:
1 (easier) - Using modloader, you create a folder inside it, name it modern house(for ex) and drag and drop all my files there.
2 -Using img manager. You run the software, open your gta3.img and import my models there. After that replace the .dat files and put the cleo files in your cleo folder.
Remember to back up your files.

I got the shower script almost done, i just need to make a custom animation for it.Then i'll start working on the piano one.
