Verdant Meadows & Area 69 Mod

This is a very simple (and my very first) modification for GTA San Andreas.

Do no expect this to change every part of your game or dramatically alter
your gameplay, it simply changes just a small part of Bone County.

Features:

Area 69.

~ AA weapons at Area 69 removed, allowing you to fly around the base
without being shot down.
~ Gates at Area 69 now work, you may enter provided you have an army
vehicle such as a Barracks or Patriot.
~ Helipad added to the west of the base.
~ The pointless hangar removed from the Hydra/Tank parking area.
~ Fuel tanks added for decoration.
~ IMPORTANT! The base IS a RESTRICTED AREA, so entering WILL gain you an
instant five star wanted level. I recomend using the "No Wanted Level
Cheat" to prevent this, just type: TESTEDUCATIONALSKILLS
This removes the ability to gain a wanted level (Whether you have one or
not).
~ Note: The mission "Black Project" will NOT work with this mod.

Verdant Meadows (Airstrip).

~ All plane wrecks removed to make the area nicer to see.
~ Hydra and Rustler hangar replaced with Area 69 (modern) hangars.
~ Flora added to grassy areas around the airstrip.
~ Landing lights at the west end of the runway.
