Minor Fixes: missing windsheild washer nozzle, tweaked tire shader.

-Illuminated instrument gauges.
-working instrument cluster turn indicators.
-High detail, High quality 3D mesh.
-Main Mesh aprox 148,000 triangles, LOD1 aprox 12,000 triangles and LOD2 aprox 600 triangles
-Modest WTD size (629 kb)
-OEM Colours
-Seats 4, passengers enter thru the the back
-Spare tire sets as Boot, use the trainer to manually swing the spare tire out.
