This mod creates functional carwashes at East Los Santos carwash and at the Idlewood gas station carwash.
The carwash cleans the car from dirt (which is shown on the sideskirts) and repairs damage from car, but doesn't restore car health.
Put NewCarwash.cs in CLEO folder. CLEO4 required.
