Notice the title says fix. Yes that's right, all these years your game has been broken, download this now so u can play GTA IV the way it should be played. :P

Now traffic lights wont fall over like a toothpick, you will need to use caution and skill when u drive.

I recommend downloading the Realistic Car Damage mod (or u can edit your handling.Dat file and replace the collision deformation number to 4.0, 7th number from right) and I also recommended to use with Crash Injury and also bleed and heal mod for a better and imo more fun and realistic driving experience.

Install to scripts folder and have fun

v1.1 aimed to fix crash for some users. I did not experience so I have no clue if actually fixed.
