Command line Water level

Instead of opening a application you are opening cmd (command prompt) and it should work for people who could not get the other one to work this one worked with me so it should work for anybody having difficulties getting the other one to work. (Instructions click on it it will open command prompt press any key to continue for meters example 15.0 press enter key and the hold ctrl+z and then press enter then height example 3.6 press enter then hold ctrl+z and then press enter again type y for yes press enter then ctrl+z and then enter again and then on the next bit press enter then on the next bit press enter again then done!)
