Break Car Window from GTA IV

want some GTA IV's car stealing in San Andreas ?
now it can be happened,with this mod you'll feel that
how does it work ? simple
go to empty parked car (without any passanger or driver)
and go to driver's door and press T (this mod also make all
car locked) without it the car will always locked
this is still my first release and i release it today because
today is my birthday :D
Bug :
-didn't work with combine harvester (i'm sure you want to
try it,so before you try it i warn you)
