I accidentally found a soulution, sort of. I downloaded the cheats menu mod, just to have fun whenever i get bored, and i found it has a built-in skin selector but isn't the MOD skin selector. So i can just go to your mermaid skins anytime! So i guess my problems are done with now. So THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND HELP, I really appreciate it.
And sorry for all the trouble.

@Xyd hmm.. Do you had installed many mods in your gta sa? The "it's me" mod are sensitive, it's large mod, sometime it crash if the gta sa game installed many mods. I had using "it's me" mod and mermaid mod at same times, it's work fine and no problem. You say, maybe the other skin changer/selector that make your game crash, it may true, because the main function "it's me" mod is replacing the player forever, so try remove other skin changer/selector mods in your game, download and use the latest cleo library or try "it's me" mod on fresh files of gta sa game if the game still crashes...

Thank you. But ther is a new problem now. No matter what save file i try loading, the game crashes. My saves i already have, the 1 in your zip file for Its Me, even when i start a new game. But here is what i did, i opened the readme and followed directions, and instead of your sample/example model, i tried the goddes human from your extra mermaid skins mod.
Ok its 3 mimutes later and i tried your sample/example and it still crashed.
Im gonna remove Skin Selector to see if it helps

@Xyd Nice to heard that you can play this mod after all. For your problem, you can fix it by using another mod. "It's Me mod" that mod will bring you a specific character life. So it will replace cj player into your own model/player.

This is a great mod now that i got it right, now. You really did a great job on this. There are, however, 2 big things (to me at least) that brings it down a bit. 1 is when i load a game where i AM a mermaid, it shows me as cj, not the girl. And 2, the worst, is a horrific glitch with cjs model. Sometimes when i respawn it shows cj but floating, sideways, and the mid sections of the limbs are, well, not where they are supposed to be. So please, look into it, fix it or give me some advice on whats wrong to fix it. Besides all that it works perfectly and does not crash or even lag the game. Thank you and you're awesome.

@Xyd There's 3 ways to become a mermaid. First, go to mermaid island, meet a mermaid there and you will be cursed into mermaid. See mermaid island map in the screenshot folder to find out where's the mermaid island located. Second, just touch your body in water, get swim or diving and you will become mermaid. And last, you will become a mermaid if the weather is rainy.
