can anyone modify this mod such that whenever te enter las venturas (desert) state snowfall starts automatically

Hey sir can u plzz make a mod by which weather of Las Venturas state becomes snowy because i have frozen Las Venturas only beacause desert has extra sunny weather that ruins all my mod.

Hey also ich habe mein GTA SA Gepatcht auf die Version 1.0 und habe auch cleo instaliert + den Mod, und wenn ich dan strg (ctrl) mit + drücke fängt es nicht an zu schneien :( ich bitte um hilfe....

hammergeil!!10/10 p!ich hab das erst 2 wochen nach der installation gecheckt wie das geht XD hab immer ctrl und NUM gedrückt anstatt + XD
