Disable shadows in enbseries.ini if you experience graphical glitches on AMD cards.

Reinstall your gta sa Folder
This important to make a Back up to your Files Before install this,
Then, Put All Files ( mmge 2 ) from Main Files into Game Folder and Replace them
Don't Delete any of this Files, Because this will Crash Your Game
Then, Download ( d3dx9_26.dll ) from internet
Then, Put it into Game folder
And Put it again into this Line
Computer/Local disc/windows/system32/
-------------
Then open the Game gta_sa
If the Game Crashed...Go to Fix Problems and Read ( txt ) Files
If can't Run, Go to Youtube and ask ( how to install mmge 2 )
That's All

the Problem isn't in Your system is Weak, But your PC missing some Files, or you have gta_sa since 2005, the Run on gta_sa 2015,Quote: Hadi....ab
