For some Reason I can't get it working. I'm going to the location but the track isn't there

It doesn't work for me because I can't read the readme file because it is not English :( My game crashes on boot up screen

I downloaded this mod but It NEED a Readme,
I didn't know how to install the mod so I try to,
But now the next problem because of the missing readme is I don't know of I installed the mod correctly because I don't know where the map is located, I WANT TO PLAY THIS MAP MOD! Where is the readme!?!?!?! I didn't give it a 1 star but If I doesn't get an answer I will do!
