This car mod is great and it's working for android

@Melvin Harris this can be moded to gta vc mobile first you've got to extract all the com.rockstargames.gtavc.obb file
The gta3.img file is inside com.rockstargames.gtavc.obb that why you have to extract the file in the pc. Convert the com.rockstargames.gtavc.obb to com.rockstargames.gtavc.zip in pc after you are done modifiying the game file convert it back to com.rockstargames.gtavc.zip to com.rockstargames.gtavc.obb and move the file back to your mobile this thing works on me, hope it works on you too

@rassel man how to install mods in gta vice city in mobile so how to first locate the gta vice city obb file then get your usb cable and insert it on your computer after you did that rename the com.rockstargames.gtavc.obb to com.rockstargames.gtavc.zip then extract all the files, after your done moding zip the file com.rockstargames.gtavc.zip
Then rename the zip file into a com.rockstargames.gtavc.obb then its done it work on mine i hope this helps
