Ok I fixed water/wet problem by replacing weather (for flat water) file from new lc 3 redux and adding timecycles from older LC Remix version. I also deleted flatten waters script. Problem is solved I think.

After installing/updating to 3.0 redux version of Liberty City I have a problem. It is probably something with timecycles/weathers but I am not sure. In Liberty City I hear water when I am on ground level, sound becomes louder when I change weather from clear to extra sunny for example but most of other weathers are also broken. For example my character becomes wet and sometimes I hear/see like he is walking on the water/wet surface. Also I hear rain in some weathers which shouldn't have rain sounds. I tried deleting dlcpacks of liberty city and installing again. I also tried to replace timecycle files with files you gave as optional (i replace in timecycle folder) but it makes things even worse with wet/water. I had no problems with water in previous versions of the map. I am using Flatten Water script but I had not problem with it earlier. What can be the source of the problem? How to fix this?

On Liberty City moved version I get extreme bright and incorrect looking lights during night time on the map so I can play only during daytime there. I use NaturalVision Remastered and ENB. Los Santos looks fine during night just not Liberty City. How can I fix this? Also game is slowed down on Liberty City and I need to lower my graphics settings to play there, is that normal?
