Hey Nathan i have tried everything under the sun to make this mod work such as re downloading gta sa and installing it this way there was no conflicts i tried using gta 3 img tool sparks img tool and using mod loader for installing these cars i extracted the other files to gta sa directory just like it said i have also tried several different hoodlums such as us euro still no luck so if you could help me with this i would be very happy let me know if you need more info
