@cybercj1987 I apologise for the late response, but yes I do have it. It just looks weird.. like the draw distance has been increased incredibly... and a bunch of wall graffiti appearing in the sky and all sorts of weird stuff.. guess I have to give up on this one but thanks anyway.

I beg your pardon.. but where exactly is the skybox?
I have downloaded the contents from the given .txt file put the folder's where it should be and I have yet to see any as it's been said in the description..
