I can't see shadows in anything mod/shader/ENB !!!

I can't see the shadows, its incopatibilitie with ragdoll mod?

i have 3 gb of memory and my video card is NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS, but when it finishes loading the game closes, the enb is incompatible with Cleo and asi files or my video card and not good enough?
